We work with the client to determine the essential factors of the wedding such as: locate the venue, suggest and hire vendors, negotiate contracts, plan the aesthetics of the event, and handle all of the “little details” that are involved in planning a truly unique event. We advise the couple of the decisions that need to be made, timeline assistance, help with formulating a realistic budget, and make all the necessary preparations, in order to create a flawless event. A planner works behind the scenes so that the client can enjoy the planning process, as well as every moment of their wedding day. I pride myself with keeping on schedule so that the couple is not required to pay vendors for over time fees at the end of their event. This is very important, since most vendors charge $100 to $200 for each additional hour.
